On June 22, 2010 in Yen Bai province, LICOGI13-IMC signed Construction contract for Package Section 1-3, Package A6 under Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway with the main contractor Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd
Noi Bai Lao Cai Highway Project, the Owner: Vietnam Highway Development Investment JSC (VEC), Main contractor: Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. This a highway project under Con Minh- Hai Phong Roadway Passageway, in the cooperation program between 6 countries in Mekong River sub-area. The project when being executed will help to develop two passageways and a priority economic belt. Until present, it is the longest highway project in Vietnam.

* Section 1 - 3, Package A6 has location from Km 156+073 to Km 159+157 spread on Dong An - Van Yen - Yen Bai commune and construction of all box cukverts and underpass in the whole package A6
