After LICOGI13IMC is authorized by LICOGI13 in execution and completion of Thang Long II Industrial Park Phase I project which has gained excess progress, absolute safety and high quality, the Owner believes to assign LICOGI13IMC for land grading and construction of some items under Phase II of this project.

Scope of work: construction of boundary dike with its total length 1.405m and other auxiliary works; excavation and completion of conditioning channel, connection channel with other auxiliary works. Leveling and backfill with total sand quantities 554.876 m3 (after being compacted) with other ancillary works
